Eventide Lodge is a haven of peace and tranquillity that is conveniently located for all the attractions of Wittedrift and Plett. Its guest cottages are set in beautifully landscaped, lush gardens close to the Bitou River, in grounds that include a swimming pool and a luxurious braai area.
One of the key features is the classic deep veranda, resplendent in shade, with stunning views over the countryside. There is free Wi-Fi on the veranda and in the guest lounge. Guests are welcome to use the nearby mountain trails, walking trails and drives. Vervet monkeys visit almost daily and can be seen eating guavas and figs in the Lodge’s 200-year-old oak tree.
Accommodation consists of a family cottage and a selection of two-bed cottages and one-bed and studio cottages. Although all the accommodation is designed for self-catering, a full farmhouse cooked breakfast can be provided on request.
